1. Warranty and Terms of Service
1.1 These Terms and Conditions of Repair (“Agreement”) govern the service (“Service”) we provide to repair your smartphone, tablet, computer, and/or accessories (collectively, the “Device”) as specified in the service check-in form
1.2 References to “we,” “us,” and “our” pertain to Adam’s Repair Centre, while “you” and “your” refer to you, the “Customer,” as identified in the service documentation.
2. Service Process
2.7 If we are unable to complete the requested Service for any reason or if additional costs are required beyond our initial estimate, we will notify you promptly via phone or email. If no fault is found on your Device or you decline the revised estimate, we will return your Device without repair, and an inspection fee may be charged based on our standard rates.
2.8 Repair costs will be determined, wherever possible, in line with our current standard pricing as updated periodically.
2.9 We reserve the right to retain your Device until all outstanding charges are fully paid. Additional storage fees may also apply if payment is delayed.
2.10 Please be aware that utilizing our services may void your manufacturer’s warranty. To preserve your manufacturer’s warranty, we recommend contacting the manufacturer directly. Note that accidental damage is generally excluded from manufacturer warranty coverage.
2.11 Adam’s Phone Fix Ltd trading as Adam’s Phone Shop may apply warranty seals to your Device following repairs. Any tampering or removal of these seals will invalidate our warranty.
3. Warranty Coverage
2.12 Our repairs and products are covered under the warranty terms detailed in the table provided at the time of service.
