I bought a new iPhone to replace my old one which died. I tried to transfer the information from my old phone but decided it was too complicated and didn’t want to risk losing information and photos. I contacted Adam and he quoted £40.He confirmed that the motherboard was damaged and it was a case of being able to access my information using iCloud, providing I had backed it up.Within an hour, after several attempts, he had managed to access the information to transfer to my new phone, using a passkey I had used on another device years ago!!While I was waiting, the atmosphere in the shop was busy, chatty and relaxed, and I saw at least five very satisfied customers come and go.On completion, I asked for a new glass protector and case, and the final bill was £45.
